Vertical video streaming platform optimized for instant playback and seamless scrolling. Includes a Next.js Admin Panel for revenue tracking.

Developed both the mobile app and the administrative dashboard. The main challenge was optimizing video playback to be 'instant' as users scroll through vertical content, similar to TikTok or Reels.
